I don't know if I actually have any power to do this, but I request as Election Commissioner that those who have issues with candidates unrelated to their actual campaigns please take their issues elsewhere. This request applies equally to any candidate thread but I'm seeing the derailing happening the most in this one and if it continues I will ask forum moderators to step in and start splitting off-topic posts.

I recommend you take those concerns elsewhere rather than clogging up this thread. Continue to disregard our request and your posts will be split.

I'm requesting as the EC. And I'm saying our because both myself and Cormac agree on splitting off-topic posts if necessary.
