We, the governing members of the Khazahkistan Parliament and Executive Branch of government, would like to welcome the delegates of nations around the world into our borders. Due to a recent close, the embassy program had to be shut down. President Iosef J. Lenin saw fit to open it once more, and President Romanov - my Father - made the decision to keep it open, giving nations around the world a chance to establish a greater diplomatic relationship with Khazahkistan. Upon establishment and acceptance, you will receive a personal "Thank you." letter from the Director of Foreign Affairs and the myself.
