Romanoffia comes a close second with 16 votes. There were 2 abstentions.

Congratulations Blue Wolf, please take your oath of office, and you will be sworn in as our Vice Delegate.

Wow...so had I voted for Roman (to keep Blue Wolf on the bench) we would have had a 2nd run-off.

BW, bench will miss you but I'm sure you'll do well in your knew role.
