Indeed. I would suggest that the Charge that most closely fits his action is Conspiracy Sedition, but we'll have to wait for Punk to decide what he thinks.

If Unibot wants to deliberately flout the law to make a political point rather than take the issue to the RA, then we can and should try him for doing so.
