Scandigrad for Delegate!

Hey guys, it's Scandigrad! Your favorite #tnp personality! You should vote for me. That'd be awesome.

I am a North Pacificer through and through. I have no allegiances elsewhere, so I guarantee that all of my decisions will be focused on The North Pacific.

I don't particularly have any ideas. But on the bright side, that means no empty promises! What do you want to know about me? Go ahead, ask! I love questions! Serious ones are preferred.

The one policy I do know I'll change is the Council of Five. I saw the group to be very inefficient. The one reform I am certain of is that the Delegate would have the final decision. I still haven't decided whether I'd keep elections, or even add another chair. I would like to keep that kind of regional involvement though. Please, feel free to ask questions on the matter.

CURRENT BIG NAME ENDORSEMENTS I HAVE RECEIVED:

None.

You can find me at my campaign headquarters, which is my tavern! Stop by to talk, or maybe just for a few drinks or good old Scandigradian cooking. #TheScandivern

Great Bights Mum:
Where do you stand on Defense? Under what, if any, conditions do you support raiding?

What are your views on WA voting? How would you, as Delegate, decide how to cast your vote?

Will you be continuing with region-wide Co5 elections, or would they be confined to the RA?

Thanks!

Yes, I did swipe this from King's thread, and I have a feeling you'll come here and ask this, GBM ;) They are important questions.

So I'll field it now.

As the Deputy Minister of Defense, I have a deep understanding of how our defense works. I plan on allowing the NPA more freedom in being able to run itself, something I feel has been neglected. The current doctrine will stay in place, however more wiggle room will be granted.

WA voting is important. I'll vote based off of how the North Pacific has voted so far in-game. I would also factor in the Minister of World Affairs recommendation.

As I stated before, I feel a debilitating factor for the Co5 was a lack of a strong delegate leadership. As delegate, I will *not* hold a cabinet position. However, I will have the final say on decisions. This will make the Co5 more fluid. I am interested in having a diverse cabinet, and I feel the best way to do that is to continue to allow elections. I would like to have a diverse cabinet because it would spark debate, and would allow me to hear both sides of an issue in order to make an informed decision.

Thank you for your questions!

Nice to see you running. Whilst the honesty about your ideas (or lack thereof) is appreciated, to lead the region means you should have some idea of where you are headed. So, I'd like to ask you how you think TNP would be different to it is now at the end of a term with you as Delegate?

It's ok. I had my fun.

With McMasterdonia in the race, I strongly urge you to vote for him, and I do not want to take any votes away from him.

With that, I withdraw from the race.
