Odd One Out

This is I think a rather unusual game that I just got inspired to make by the following image;

The aim of the game is to correctly point out the "odd one (or thing) out" in the picture.

Let me know how you go.
 
Oh my gosh, that's PPG Place in downtown Pittsburgh. The dinosaurs are part of a city-wide art project to promote the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. You can find large colorful dinosaurs sculptures all over town.
 
Assuming the side of the water feature to which we are closest to front-on is south, the fountain two lines to the right from the boy in the red top and three rows back from the south edge is too tall.

Uh-huh?
 
The child.

He is not working. Everyone knows that Child Labour is an important part of the economy. If he was not working, he would be in prison.
 
That tree's the one in Jurassic Park. I heard it never got a job afterwards, and got cut down. So it can't be there as well. Photoshopped.
 
The sign in the bottom right corner... It's a hazard. Someone could trip - if that was actually there.

therefore it is not.
 
That statue is too high and could fall on someone, which is why it couldn't really be allowed.
 
There's an iphone on the right side of the statue, beside the gap between the towering stone and the pedestal.
