• The Coup Party shall be dedicated to violently overthrowing, through any means necessary, any elected delegate.
• The Coup Party shall achieve this by getting a puppet speaker in office and having them suppress votes against a recall.
• The Coup Party shall then violently coup, despite having no way to actually do that.
• The only person who predicts their coup plans shall be a suppressed man who wildly accuses the wrong person.​

The first trick with a coup is that you have to do it withing the legal confines of the legal code and constitution (which is how all constitutional democracies fall).

The second trick is to make sure that those who actually hold all the power aren't powerful enough to knock you on your arse.

The really good coups are what I call 'frog in the pot' coups. They are slow, gradual and incremental. No one notices that a coup is happening or has happened at all for that matter - just like the frog in a pot of water gradually being brought to a boil. The frog doesn't notice that he's being roasted to death until he's dead, and then he didn't even notice it.

It is also worth noting that all revolutions (coups) ultimately devour their own children and thus neuter the coup in the process.

Really clever rogues eliminate the very people who put them in power because the people who put them in power also can take them out of power. So, the successful rogue replaces those who put him in power with toadies. But always a nasty toady slips in and coups him.

It might be called fraud, but we aren't really being false about the person who did the accusing, so I don't think it counts. And as for sedition, we're not telling people to revolt - just laughing about the peoples who thinks we already are ;)

"These Coup Party members are obviously mentally deranged and are in need of some serious mental health care to cure them of their delusion that they are chickens", said Great Bight's Mum, member of the Security Council. "The only reason we haven't treated them for their delusion that they are chickens is because we need the eggs."

Roman, Minister of Cultural Affairs and Entertainment (formerly Ministry of Immigration and Internal Affairs) and Security Council Member could not be reached for comment. Roman was reportedly holed-up in the kitchen of his country dacha allegedly cooking up the world's largest cheese and egg omelet which reportedly covers an area of several dozen hectares. :lol:
