Appealing the Speakers Position on Speaking in the Voting Thread

I'm sorry Mr. Speaker, but I appeal your ruling and ask for an immediate vote of the R.A. on your arbitrary policy. Your opening post said, and i quote:
You may vote Aye, Nay or Abstain or any terms derived from those which mean the same thing.
.
My vote is stated in terms of showing my emphatic position through my vote. It made no attempt to argue how any other member should vote, or respond to anyone else's arguments.

Your vote was as follows;
A. useless. unnnecessary. NAY.

That includes commentary, which the big red text right above your vote expressly said not to make.

[Speaker hat on] I must ask that you refrain from any further comments or attempts at campaigning within your vote. Any further votes that also include campaigning to sway opinions of other voters will be invalidated. Please stick to the discussion thread for that.

I have underlined the part in question.

He was really clear.

Simply vote AYE/FOR, NAY/AGAINST, or ABSTAIN. Commentary should have gone in the DISCUSSION thread, NOT the VOTING thread.
