I'd like to call a Council of Five meeting for Friday 2000 EST.

Purpose: Discuss Inactive Embassies, and what can be cut.

I'll be there. A lot of the embassies have always been either inactive most of the time or entirely inactive. Incidentally, Lazarus has a new forum website.

I'd also like to add to the agenda a discussion on a new policy for the WA voting issue.

Aye, and I don't think that very inactive embassies should be kept around. I'd hopefully like to get a plan of action for the inactive embassies. Something like A Poke, Then a more Pokey Poke, and then Embassy Removal.

And.. Lazarus has done a tad more than that, but yeah.
