I would be intrigued to know what the "freedom of religion" is in our region, and how it is guaranteed? Since the courts will not get involved when these freedoms are denied, I can only assume that it is a phrase bunged in to make us sound more like the Americans.

In tnp the delegate may not give permission for the establishment of a place of worship (overruled by Grosse) and the courts will not intervene to protect the rights of religious minorities (ruled by Grosse). So how and when would religious rights ever be defended?

I think he means you are mixing up RP with OOC.

When I RP what's going on in my nation, that's RP, and nothing to do with regional OOC matters.

I think you are mistaken in taking ANYTHING that happens in this game for anything more than role play.

There is nothing stopping y'all from filing a civil case if you wish. You don't need the AG for that.

I don't believe the on topic opinion of two standing Justices when it relates to a case is considered "spam". Recommend you rectify.
