Most of you are reading this speech because it is a new post, but there are others that is reading this thread because they believe that TNP has not yet reached its maximum. We all made this journey for a reason. It's humbling, but in my heart I know you didn't come here just for me, you came here because you believe in what this region can be. In the face of war, you believe there can be peace. In the face of despair, you believe there can be hope. In the face of a politics that's shut you out, that's told you to settle, that's divided us for too long, I believe we can be one people, reaching for what's possible, building that more perfect union.

INTRODUCTION

Let me begin by introducing myself. I am Charles Thomas Windsor, The Prince of Windsor dc. I have been on NationStates for 8 months. I have been in various regions, but none of them suit my interests. After deciding to leave Democratium I felt that there was no other region that suits my interests. I was going through The World and The North Pacific caught my eye. Firstly, it was the largest region and it has lots of political drama. After, thinking hard on it I decided to reside here. After moving my nation here and signed up on the forums I was welcomed by the wonderful kind citizens of The North Pacific.
After signing up, I was seeking for a job. I asked Vice Delegate Mcmasterdonia if he was looking for a Secretary. After turning me down he directed me to other officials. I asked our Delegate if he wanted a Secretary, surprisingly he accepted me. A couple days of work, former minister of Communications Ator People was searching for a deputy. I felt I would do good in that ministry and I applied. Four days after I was no longer known as just the Delegate’s Secretary. I was known as Deputy Minister of Communications. It was a fun experience. My most favourite part was the interviewing. Out of the blue, Ator told me his is no longer going to be running and he has not been logging on for a while, which left me as the head of the department. Later on, after the elections, I was replaced by the elected minister KiwiTaicho and his deputy Abbey Anumia. So, I was back at just being the Delegate’s Secretary. All of this has motivated me to be a minister. That is why I stand before you today to announce my Candidacy for Councillor of The North Pacific.

Why am I here

I stand as a candidate because I believe in The North Pacific. I know, with the power I will be given as a Minister/Councillor I will make a good huge difference in the state. I will uphold law the oath and the ministry that I will be placed.

Reflectance

Let me take this time to reflect on the last C05 Elections. I truly thought that the current councillors would have been a good choice. They are one who should set an example for the younger citizens like me who will soon want to follow the dreams to become a minister. If I can remember well, we had Unibot getting all hype in the IRC Channel then later resigning, We had KiwiTaicho and her RA brouhaha etc. Are these the people we want to govern our great region? I am taking your answer as NO! It is not up to me to decide who should be elected it is up to you. Do not be a loser, be a chooser and be a great chooser. Choose the people who you know will make a good difference.

Feel free to post or PM your questions.

A great campaign piece Windsor.

I would like to clarify that I am, in fact, a male. So the use of "he" is more appropriate.

My question for you is what would you have done in my situation with the logs in question? Do you not value honesty in respect of the RA? And what are is your stance on transparency and other relevant issues? As this does not seem to come across in your campaign statement.

Thank you and the best of luck in your campaign.

How many people must there be in a room for it to be more likely than not that two of them have the same birthday?

Could I please have a response to my question? :) It's been 7 days so it seems appropriate...
