So in my zeal to move procedural stuff out of the Constitution, there's one item I removed but then forgot to put a new rule for it in the omnibus. If you read the subtitle, you'll know that it's the provision that says all RA votes should last a week unless stated otherwise. Mea culpa.
Now, since there's still a constitutional provision for quorum and I don't intend on changing how long votes last, it's not disastrous. And while it shouldn't be in the Constitution, especially when it says that it can be overridden by normal laws or rules anyway, I still suspect most people would like it to be a written rule somewhere. I know I do.
With that in mind, I'd like to propose that the following be adopted as Rule 5 of the Assembly so that the Constitutional reform process can truly be brought to a conclusion.

Rule 5: Voting:1. Except when stated otherwise by the Legal Code or rules of the Regional Assembly, all votes will last for seven days.
