Have the administrators though of having a shout box? The last region had one. It would be great for regional communication etc.

We decided against the shout box because it clutters up the main index and portals pages, and the strong preference among forum users was to condense the main index page as much as possible.

But you can make it so the Shoutbox isnt in the portal
