Objection. Prince Windsor has stated on IRC that he was appointed to this position by FALCONCATS on the recommendation of Hileville.

Since Hileville is recused from the trial Blue Wolf vs Eluvatar he cannot play any part in the selection of justices for that trial.

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with Flem's objection, but I would like to note that Prince Windsor might be called to the stand as a possible witness. In fact, its entirely possible the entire Security Council, the Admin Staff, and any and all Cabinet members appointed by Eluvatar during his current delegacy might be called as witnesses.

With all that, might as well try for a change of venue.

I believe there is a manor house, outskirts of Perth. Should be able to accommodate us all. You will all have to fly here. But we will no doubt have to be in that building for such a long time, we might as well make a holiday out of it.

I'm very fond of Windsor but it seems strange that he should be a justice. In all honesty I thought Flem showed in the FOI request that he could be impartial in these matters.

On a side note - why are we selecting justices when the AG has not decided to prosecute? This seems to me to be jumping the gun. Just a thought.

To be totally honest I don't think there was an appointment to begin with. But yes there are no formal charges pressed at the moment anyhow.

I think that eliminates every single qualified individual in TNP...

Not me!

:P

According to Attorney Justice Toto, the appointed Temporary Justices have been tainted by my corrupting influence somehow. Whether this extends to Prince Windsor is unknown at this time, as Benji didn't specify whom I turned to the Dark Side of the force.

HE has a bloody name, use it instead of giving stupid nicknames that he didn't consent to.

Just saw this thread. Windsor was on a list of people that I have who have either volunteered to serve as a Justice if needed or have served as a Justice. I did not suggest him to Falc. Windsor suggested himself to Falc and I had nothing to do with it.

So basically as of right now this thread serves no purpose then, because FALCONKATS is no longer a justice and apparently you and BWII are not allowed to choose temporary justices.
