In a few days time it is liberation day, the day that we celebrate the overthrow of Great Bights and the restoration of native rule to The North Pacific.

In order to celebrate this, we will be having an awards night!

Well, I am not a very religious man, however recently I have started to think about my faith. There has to be something more out there. Something beyond all this biggoting. What is after death? Well, I think our next award winner knows the answer. He is, after all, a god. So it is with great pleasure that I present the award for Funniest poster to... Flemingovia! *yay fake applause*

So I think it's safe to say that we all enjoy a little change in our day. And I'm not talking about the nickles in my pocket. Sometimes that change may come in the forms of pennies, or dimes. Or in the case of this next award winner, puns. It always brings a smile to my face whenever I see this member post something on the forums, because it means I get to enjoy his lovely avatar yet again. So the best avatar award goes to FUNKADELIA!

Best Signature:

Well whenever I am looking for a good laugh, or a fun song to listen to, this is one of the people I turn to. I feel that he gets a bad rap nowadays, but after all, he is on shrooms. So it is with great pleasure that Blue Wolf gets the best signature!

Most Wisdom:

This individual knows exactly what to say when everybody else is just talking crap. She is known as the 'mother' of the evil Great Bights the pirate dictator of TNP. It is obvious that the award for "Most Wisdom" should go to the eloquent, honest, and kind Great Bights Mum. Congratulations!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET ON IT IS "HELLO SCANDIGRAD" AND WE ALL TOTALLY LOVE IT SO MUCH! WE ALL KNOW THIS GUY! IT'S PRINCE WINDSOR WITH THE BIGGEST SPAMMER AWARD.

Rising Star:

He's a rising star. Just like my MC job. He's McMasterdonia

Best Admin:

What a guy. He makes the best decisions out of all the admins. And I think it's safe to say that he's our favorite. Congrats Flemingovia!

Best Deputy Minister:

While there are many deserving candidates for this award, the award for Best Deputy Minister goes to the most rewarding, active and engaged individual from amongst their ranks. He is known for being able to hold his own against a full on debate in the cabinet room, and is highly trusted and valued by his senior minister. It gives me great pleasure to award Best Deputy Minister to SCANDIGRAD!

Most level-headed government official:

I feel that this region has so many deserving nominees for this award. I cannot begin to even list them. However, I think it is fairly clear that one rises above the rest when it comes to being level headed, and that, heartwarming, loving, caring, logical, fantabulous individual is McMasterdonia.

Most loyal to the cheese:

You know, I didn't know that there were so many different kinds of cheeses. And that they all don't smell bad. But it has been such an honor, and a privilege, to be educated by this fine gentleman. I think he is an inspiration, certainly to me, and should be to the rest of you. He is our beloved cavalryman, and he is most familiar with the cheese. So I think it's fairly clear how loyal he is to it. So the most loyal to the cheese is Roman.

Most ambiguous:

I would like to present this award, but I'm worried that I might offend someone or make a bad joke. So the most ambiguous is Gross. Congratulations Grosseschnauzer!

Most Welcoming:

This award goes to a very friendly and kind individual who is always willing to welcome and involve new citizens to our region. She is very active on our regional message board, and recently added the twist of in-character posts to our OOC threads. It is with great pleasure that we award the Most Welcoming to Queen Ravenna!

Most Helpful:

It's always frustrating when you can't find something on the forums, don't know what something means or just cannot seem to navigate the wonderful world that is nationstates. This individual is always willing to help and most recently developed our new Council of Five voting system. The most helpful poster is our beloved delegate, Eluvatar!

Most underappreciated:

This individual works tirelessly for the good of the region and for the good of our regional assembly. The position he occupies is typically one that is underappreciated, constant queries about the way you do or don't do things, and many different interpretations of what exactly is considered a move for a vote. We offer this award in recognition and appreciation of all the hard work they do. The award for most underappreciated goes to Gulliver!

Most Patriotic:

The award for most patriotic, goes to the individual that is extremely passionate about The North Pacific. He may have considered using strong means to bring about effective and lasting change but in the real world this is sometimes a necessity. That said, this isn't the real world. So keep the coup attempts at a minimum if you can wolfie, old chap. Whether you love him or hate him, this individual is always ready to stand and defend the region and its people. Well done Blue Wolf, you are the Most Patriotic!

Biggest Nutcase:

This individual is as nutty as a bag of peanuts, but that is why we love him. He has very strong views that he is often criticised for and has been known to say and do some pretty odd things. Much like many valued citizens in The North Pacific, he always endeavours to do what is in the region's best interests. The award for biggest nutcase goes to Unibot.

Most Gangsta:

Some people don't know that I rap in my free time. I'm actually quite good. It's because I grew up in the hood. So it is with great pride that I share the streets with these two and their jive. They make me feel so alive because they got this sick flow. They got a lotta haters but they don’t know, that Govindia and FriarTuck are the most gangsta out of all of us, bro.
