I do not wish to make all governance depend on any one person, even if that person is myself. Therefore, I wish to organize a Council of Five. I intend to sit on it, and to ask the region to elect four others, proportionally, to join me. I will expect them to serve as Ministers, and I will consult this council on urgent or classified executive decisions. I will expect the Council to speak for the region’s government as may be necessary during inconvenient hours of the day. I'm listed as a candidate to maintain proportionality: if I'm not elected, I won't have a vote in my Council of Five / Cabinet.

Again. If not elected, I won't have a vote in this Council. If you don't want me to have a vote, don't vote for me!

I don't think I've accomplished all I could with the MoIIA so far, but I should be less involved with getting the other ministries into gear this coming term, I hope. Watch this space if I manage to get things done this week

In terms of my overall job as a councillor though, I think I've done all right.
