Notifications

Introduction

I am an admin of a next forum so I have alot of ideas. This is just one of them.I was thinking that we need to add a code that notifies members that they have been mentioned. They can have like a bell at the top left of the forums. It is like similar to facebook's notifications.

Uses

The notifications can be used to alert members when a post is made or any other. For example if Eluvatar want me to see a post he can see the tag,tag me then it will notify me. Also if someone subscribes to a topic or a forum it will notify them that someone had posted in the topic/forum.

Subscriptions already exist. For tagging the current equivalent would be PMing someone a link.
