Description: WA General Assembly Resolution #204: Nuclear Power Safety Act (Category: Environmental; Industry Affected: Uranium Mining) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY:

BELIEVING that "Nuclear Power Safety Act" neglects serious aspects of Nuclear Power, mainly Fusion Power,

CONCERNED that the Resolution does not require member nations to follow the guidelines of the NESC,

TROUBLED by the fact that the NESC has no authority in member nations, and said commission merely determines suggested standards,

URGING that future resolutions related to safety in Nuclear Power address these issues,

Hereby,

REPEALS General Assembly Resolution #204
