Osiris Security Treaty:
It is our fervent wish to stand together as brothers among the game-created regions as vibrant and safe democratic communities. Toward this end, we join together in alliance.
1. The parties to this treaty are Osiris and The North Pacific (TNP).
2. The parties will recognize the constitutional governments in force at the time of ratification of this treaty as the sole legitimate governments of their respective regions.
3. The parties will not undermine one another's security, national identity, or sovereignty through subterfuge, espionage, invasion, or any other means.
4. The parties will defend one another with all available military and diplomatic resources at a legal request of the other party.
5. The parties will share any intelligence relevant to the defense of the other party.
6. The initial procedure for requests by TNP for aid from Osiris will consist of a request by the legal Delegate of TNP (TNP Delegate). The request will be considered withdrawn if the Chief Justice of The North Pacific attests to Osiris that an emergency order enjoining that request has been issued.
7. The initial procedure for requests by Osiris for aid from TNP will consist of a formal request by either the Pharaoh of Osiris (Pharaoh) or the Council of Ma'at.
8. The initial procedure for intelligence sharing by TNP with Osiris will be delivery by the TNP Delegate or their designee to the Pharaoh or their designee excepting intelligence which indicates the Pharaoh is a threat to Osiris in which case the information will be delivered to the Council of Ma'at.
9. The initial procedure for intelligence sharing by Osiris with TNP will be delivery by the Pharaoh or their designee to the TNP Delegate or their designee excepting intelligence which indicates the TNP Delegate is a threat to TNP in which case the information will be delivered to the Security Council.
10. The presiding officer of the legislature of either party will notify the other party at least one week in advance of changes to their region's designated deliverers or recipients of intelligence or procedure for requests for aid and no such change may be enacted before one week has passed since this notice. The presiding officer will then notify the other party of whether the change has been enacted or not.
11. If a party to this treaty acts in willful non-compliance to this treaty, then the other party may immediately terminate this treaty and/or all diplomatic relations, and may issue a statement detailing the full details of the transgression.
Signed,
Delegate Eluvatar of The North Pacific,
Pharaoh Lyanna Stark of Osiris
