Law concerning CTE's and Mod Deleted Nations

Garde à l'eau!
OK, read this thread: http://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/6921297/2/#new

Now, I think there is a need to address this particular issue (nations deleted by the Game Mods).

If the game mods delete a government official's nation for a reason that we, on our forum, of general consensus, and knowing that the Game Mods never admit a mistake and even more rarely alter a bogus and faultless decision, should we allow that to decide how our regional government operates?

Albeit, this is a very rare situation, but should a clearly faulty Game Mod action be allowed to affect our regional government on this forum when from our point of action such a faulty decision can easily be corrected?

While mods are known to peruse regional forums, should they be able to direct actions on regional forums?

As far as I can tell this crisis was handled smoothly under the current laws. I see no pressing reason to change them in response.
