I am hereby appointing the five candidates to the Council.

I ask peoples_empire, Ator People, mcmasterdonia, and Unibot to swear oaths for their duly elected terms as Executive Counsellors.

The first meeting of the Council will be at 1900 (7 PM) EDT today (2300 UTC, 0000 BST, 1800 CDT, 0700 WST), unless a better time is suggested. The Council will meet on IRC.
