forum.thenorthpacific.org URL issue

The issue was that s13.zetaboards.com changed its IP address. I have updated the DNS records for forum.thenorthpacific.org so this won't be a problem again. It will take a few hours for the DNS change to reach everyone, at which point I'll change the default URL back to forum.thenorthpacific.org

Oddly enough, the IP change was not announced in the ACP by the Zetaboards Support. All that was mentioned in the Support forums earlier today was that there was an access problem for some boards on the s13 server, and about three hours later the problem had been cleared. Not clear exactly what was going on, but no mention of an IP change.
