Lesson 4: Target Scouting
There are thousands of regions in NS. But we are limited to raiding only certain ones for two reasons:
Numbers: We can only raid regions where the delegate has less endorsements than we have troopers entering the region. We need to give our person more endorsements than the native delegate to get control of the region.
Example: If the native delegate has five endorsements we need around seven troopers to take it. One to act as pointman and six to provide the need endorsements to overpower the standing delegate. Of course there are other tactics that allow us to reduce the numbers of troopers we need to take a region but until you learn these methods just keep this rule in the back of your mind.
Founders: If a region still has a founder we can't raid that region. Well, we can, it would just be a waste of our time. Even if we get power and eject the native delegate and founder, the founder can still eject us. Even if a founder isn’t in the region they can still enter regional control and eject nations, so once they find out what happened, they will eject us.
So, when looking for target regions, make sure the region has no founder and the delegate has a low number of endosements. Also make sure the region has enough nations in it to make a raid worth wild, around 15+ is a good number.
