Topid just made me aware of this telegram:

The New Topid Nation of Weed
New. 16 minutes ago

TG from Divine Fire: "Please be careful with your new WA delegate Blue wolf he is not to be trusted, and is here to raid. Don't take any action yet if you do they will attack just gather as many endorsements as you can and have you or someone else become the WA. Please trust me." <-- Not sure if you were aware these were going out. Sent 4 hours ago.

Divine Fire seems to have done nothing in Nationstates but sit around, get revived from time to time, and, most recently, attempt to instigate a coup less than a month before elections are to occur. If anyone else has received such telegrams I would appreciate if you could come forward and post them here.

So, what does everyone think, should I ban him or what? :P

Uhm, I am unsure. Banning a nation accusing you of trying to control the region may just legitimize the claim in the mind of those he already messaged.

I would find it no great moral misdoing were he to be banned, I just am not sure it would actually undo anything he did. It might make his argument more effective, if anything.

Indeed. I put my two cents on the RMB. Perhaps something shorter but similar in the WFE? We don't really know who all he messaged to try to message them. If I see anyone withdraw an endorsement of you I'll use a similar message as what I posted on the RMB to hopefully get them to think twice.

After all, I can honestly say it was Blue Wolf II who took over after Durk/JAL's most recent reign, which returned the region to the constitution and democracy. There is no evidence the delegate would ever do the opposite.

Is it possible he is a puppet nation of an opponent of the government? More than likely he is just a trouble maker. Perhaps try contacting him directly BW and see what response he gives you, if any. Otherwise expel him and post a security alert like last time.

It looks to me like someone is familiar with BW's other NS adventures, and is carrying that prejudice over to TNP. There is no reason to ban, but there is a good opportunity to engage in a dialogue with Divine Fire.
