Stepping Down

I'm taking a sabbatical from the forum and will not be around to vote on new members, discuss pressing issues of regional security and all the other things the SC does around here. So, with that said, I'm stepping down from the Security Council.

I intend on keeping my nation in the region and it's not out of the realm of possibility that I will exchange some endorsements here and there. I won't go past 200. Just a heads up.

Well if he's leaving the RA... I don't know if he can be suspended then, or has to be removed (or confirmed for exemption by the RA)
