Your delegateship,

The Bill of Rights, section 2, grants the following right to TNP nations:

2. Each Nation's rights to free speech, free press, and the free expression of religion shall not be infringed, and shall be encouraged, by the governmental authorities of the region. Each Nation has the right to assemble, and to petition the governmental authorities of the region, including the WA Delegate, for the redress of grievances. The governmental authorities of the region shall act only in the best interests of the Region, as permitted and limited under this Constitution.

In order to freely express the religion of Flemingovianism, and so that the government might be seen to encourage the same, I humbly ask permission to establish a section in this forum called "the Temple of Flemingovia" where my followers might worship me, learn more of my ways, where heretics might be tried and punished, and where, in general, our religion may be practiced.

I note with concern that TNP lacks any places of worship, and beg that this small space be granted us.

All I ever heard before was that the forums were to congested, to much stuff on there.... Etc... Etc... Etc...

NOW, we have a nice newish look, with everything compact and neat. And you are going to allow something this stupid and idiotic to occur..

Why don't you just go make a nice little post in the place called Role Play

Does that mean every nation that creates its own religion can apply for its own 'chapel' in the forums? I mean we wouldn't want to be seen favouring one religion over another now, would we?

Minds have been made up. Those who do not like it can just sneer and complain. Your God has spoken, and the delegate has heeded his words. Who are you to stand before my gaze? My Temple will rise up to be a marvel in Magicality City. Nations will come to worship and bring offerings. Prophets will speak my words and heretics will burn.

Thus will the splendour of Flemingovianism be seen in the land.
 
At best, this request is entitled to a thread in the role play area as it currently exists. No subforum or larger area. Anything more smacks of an official religion which would directly violate the Bill of Rights and the rights of others.
 
The temple exists in magicality city. It would be entirely inappropriate to put it in any government forum, as that WOULD smack of state religion. As it stands, the temple costs the taxpayer nothing, no worship is obliged, and nobody is forced to enter the temple at all. The bill of rights says that the government will encourage exercise of religion. Flemingovians ask for no special privilege other than the right to exist and worship
 
The demolition of the temple has been ordered by grosse, and I must obey or be stripped of my admin role. I have no comp until weds (this is typed inmy iPhone) so will get on to it then.

Magicality City is the government area.
 
In other regions, if people wanted small places of religious discussion and worship, they were allowed, so long as it wasn't sanctioned / endorsed / oppressed by government.
