I will keep this short and to the point.
Many of you do not have high hopes for this administration, and I do not fault you for it. I have been in your shoes many a time, an ineffective delegate, a seemingly hopeless government. In times of urgency, I have even rebelled against such governments, overthrown them, like TWP in 2009. I would not be angry if one of you did the same to me.
However, I am not ignorant, and I am not stupid. I know my absence has put a great strain upon on the region. For that I can only ask for your forgiveness. Circumstances beyond my control have conspired against me, but that, although truthful, is still an excuse. An effective leader would have had a back-up plan, would have appointed someone, would have been able to find a way, but I could not. TNP was, and to an extent, is still largely inactive. Grosse has tried to revive it a bit to suit his own means, but its still not what it once was. Hell, if I only had NS to worry about, I would have long fixed the issue, sadly, this is not the case. At the same time, I have found my self at a cross-roads in life, and for the moment, the car is stalled, with plenty of time to once again focus on NS and this region.
This region is stuck in a rut, no one can deny that. We have a confusing and straight up idiotic Constitution that does more to hurt our region than it does help it, and one that has not had a major overhauling in half a decade, if you even want to call the last Constitution change an "overhaul" at all, rather than a complete removal of our military. I want to see us leave this pattern we've been in, I want to see us succeed, but you need to help me help you.
I can do nothing while the region is divided, I can't bring order to a brewing storm, no one can. I plead for both your forgiveness and your help. The North Pacific is sick, it can be fixed, but only if we put aside our individual goals and focus on it alone.
Help me and I will not fail you.
