I have posted a warning in the RMB asking WA members to maintain a voluntary Endorsement cap of 180 .I request Security council members to be vigilant till i can transfer delegate seat to BW.

Will do. I don't expect any surprises though. As we've seen, it's pretty difficult to sneak up on anyone here with the time frame required to garner 200+ endorsements.

True, but 50 endorsements is certainly possible in a short time frame, 70 a bit harder, and so on and so forth. I'm not suggesting a pure update attack, but its certainly possible to get a shit-lot of of non-updaters/updaters in the hours before and during update.

That being said, I don't think any major raiding group is currently interested and even if they were, I would inevitability hear about it.

If BW endorsement numbers reach Gross i will transfer delegacy by moving out of region
to speed up transfer i suggest few people unendorse gross

That's not exactly a good idea Pasargad, unless you know how to avoid update;

As Vice Delegate you need to have the endorsements.

If you want, however, you could avoid update until BW had more endorsements. This would involve some time commitment on your part however.

Here's how to do it:

1. At 11:55 AM/PM EST (4:55 AM/PM GMT, which is the timezone you have set the forum to use for you) move Pasargad to The Fundamental Theorem of Algebra (I am the founder of it).
2. Around 12:05 AM and PM EST (5:05 AM/PM GMT) check the North Pacific until you see "The Nation of Some Nation ceased to exist."-type happenings.
3. When you see such CTEs (Ceased to Exist happenings) in TNP, return Pasargad to The North Pacific.
4. You can then check your endorsement level against Blue Wolf's. If it is lower than his, you can stop this process. Otherwise, go back to step 1.

There are two possible mistakes in this procedure to be aware of:
A) If you forget to do step 2, you could accidentally stay in The Fundamental Theorem of Algebra during its update, lose your TNP endorsements, and lose some influence in TNP. This is what I consider the worst case, as we do want a Vice Delegate with endorsements and influence!
B) If you don't do step 1 in time, you could accidentally stay in The North Pacific during its update and take the delegacy back from Blue Wolf II. This would probably not be a big deal.

It's probably easier all around if you stay in TNP, but if you want to perform the transfer now, you should follow the above procedure and make sure you do not stay too long in The Fundamental Theorem of Algebra. This process is most annoying because of the fact that it's once every twelve hours.

So if you're willing to follow the above procedure 20 times, twice a day, be my guest

Otherwise perhaps I'll run a telegram campaign.

Leave me out of this. BW's more at fault for not starting earlier, and he hasn;t endorsed anyone in a while, all the recent activity on his nation page is his receiving endorsements.

Since there are now about 100 WA nations I haven't endorsed, when at one time I had them all. Need I say more? My endorsement level isn't the problem at this point. It's a Delegate who chose to start from zero in the middle of voting for the elections.

You might want to think longer and harder about that particular course of action.

If BW would simply go endorse the 100-plus WA members who he hasn't endorsed, the transition would be completed in short order, and you wouldn't be in a position as Vice Delegate of not being the second highest numbers of endorsements in the region. If I endo'ed over 100 nations when I became the elected Delegate and got 50 endos fairly quickly, then there's no reason why BW couldn't do the same.

His current course of conduct has weakened TNP's influence in the WA; when my term expired we were both the most influential feeder and the second largest voting block. We're neither now.

We've discussed having a Security Council version of RA Rule 2 in the past, and I suspect we need to do so for the future. In fact, we can probably use RA Rule 2 as a model. (This is distinct from the Order of Succession matter, but I guess we need to send that to the RA a.s.a.p.) given BW's status.

Greetings Fellow Resident of The North Pacific,

The Delegate Elect of The North Pacific, Blue Wolf II has returned from his previously announced inactivity and is now prepared to assume his elected office.

On behalf of the North Pacific and her laws, please help our elected delegate take his position. We thank Pasargad for his service as interim delegate, but with the return of Blue Wolf the elected choice must rise and Pasargad's service is no longer mandated.

If you have not done so already please

Withdraw Your Endorsement and Refrain From Endorsing The Empire of Pasargad
and
Endorse our Delegate Elect Blue Wolf II

May the delegacy of Blue Wolf bring us prosperity and safety, and may you carry on your affairs with all the best.

OK now I'm sure it's Frak.

Frak = Anur-Sanur = Haxstree.

I'm fairly sure he's Drop Your Panties and -An Elephant-. And I'm annoyed because I agreed to be his defense lawyer in TSP too.

Fits that guy's MO to the dot. In so many ways. Pasargad if you could come on IRC to discuss that'd be great.

I have been informed by multiple others not to withdraw the endorsement from bluewolf as it is apparently a scam. Can you please post a message on the regional board telling people what to do, as their are many people trying to prevent his fall from office.

The WFE should probably be edited to say something coherent.

I would suggest something like "The Regional Assembly has voted to recall Blue Wolf II from office, but this vote has been challenged in the Court of the North Pacific."

And possibly also say "Please do not endorse Blue Wolf II just yet."

The legality of the recall is currently in question.

I find it ironic that you, Grosse, would straddle the line of legality during the attempted transition and then immediately hold an extremest view of the Constitution as your saving grace when it suits you. A bit hypocritical, don't you think?

let's wait for the court verdict .
bw might become delegate in few hours .if court verdict is against him then i am sure he will step down .

I vow I shall, but until then I will make sure I take my legally appointed slot all the same, unless anyone has a problem with me following the letter of the law.

the delegate elect will need support
of sc to remain in power and he shall have that support for now.
I wish the delegate all the best.
