Oh, and on a side note, when it comes to acting 'only in the best interests of The North Pacific' it is possible somewhere in the next six months I'll end up recruiting for a userite within TNP. I assume that will not be a problem if so?
 
I think it's been settled for some time that that part of the oath does not preclude you from also working in the best interests of another region so long as you do that with another nation and in a manner not outright hostile to the North Pacific.
