Law 28 requires all applicants for the Regional Assembly to provide their UN Nation as part of the application.  It is not sufficient to just say "Classified." You may send the identity of your UN Nation (as well as the basis or authority for it being "classified" information) to me as the Speaker by personal message. That information will be be kept in the records in a manner that preserves its confidentiality.

(OOC: The local weather where I'm at has been caused all sorts of problems for me the last few days -- it doesn't help that the high temperatures have swung 35 degrees back and forth (as well as the humidity and rainfall -- it's very painful at times and then the wireless broadband connection I use didn't always let me connect. It's all a frakking pain in the rear at times.)
