User Group Colors (new update)

As some have noticed, we were having an odd problem with some usernames in certain user groups. That problem has been identified, and in order to prevent similar problems in the future, the color codes for all usergroups have been convered over to the BBCode colors as used on the Zetaboards platform.

I took advantage of the opportunity to introduce various shadings of the colors we have been using so that each user group now has its own unique shade of the color we were using before the Zetaboards upgrade.

Just for the record, the user group colors are now as follows:
Members - Bold Navy
Banned - Italic Black
Regional Assembly - Bold Dark Orange
WA Delegate - Bold Firebrick
Vice Delegate - Bold Maroon
Court Justices - Bold Indigo
Attorney General - Bold Darkorchid
Judicial Counsel - Purple
Cabinet - Bold Green
Cabinet Deputy Ministers Bold Limegreen
Speaker of the RA - Bold Deep Pink
Deputy Speaker - Bold Hot Pink
Diplomats - Bold Deep Sky Blue
Foreign Envoy - Bold Italic Black
TNP Citizen - Bold Orange
Registered Citizen - Bold Orange
North Pacific Army - Slate Gray
Security Council - Bold Italic Dark Goldenrod
Admin - Bold Mediumblue
