Congratulations to Dalimbar on his victory in the election.

During this time of transition, the following conditions are in place:

Although I am de facto still the delegate, de jure it is now Dali. Therefore delegate functions are under his command.

Ejections, votes in the WA etc are at his command (although I would prefer to see out my term without ejections, as a matter of pride, and would refuse ejections against the law of TNP)

I will change the WFE as he dictates.

I will not endotart or seek to maintain my endo level. I urge people to endorse Chodean Kal to ensure a smooth transition. Those with scanning tools, please keep a close eye on the region to keep us secure during handover.

Thanks Flem for your service to the region over the past term. I would like to thank you and Grosseschnauzer for a good campaign, and I would like to congratulate Blackshear on becoming Vice Delegate and Felasia on becoming Speaker of the Regional Assembly.

I am currently sending tgs to nations that have not yet endorsed me to encourage them to send endorsements my way, and also am encouraging them to visit the forums.

I will be appointing my Cabinet most likely on either Wednesday or Thursday. I already have people in mind for Secretaries of Communication, Defence, and Security, but I will be taking applications for the posts of Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Secretary of Internal Affairs. If people are interested in applying, feel free to send me a pm.

I am hoping to have embassy updates ready to be posted in our Embassies around the world after I appoint my Cabinet. I will need Ambassadors for this, and again, if people are interested in serving as one, feel free to send me a pm.

I would like to thank everyone who voted for me in the election, and I am looking forward to working with the region as your Delegate over the next term.

Dali, please consider how you'd like to structure the subforums related to the Executive branch. I'd like to clean up the subforums by archiving those that haven't been used, and starting fresh. Otherwise, I think there would be too much confusion. Also, I'd like to have your Cabinet members take responsibility as first-level mods for their area, as has traditionally been the case.
If anyone sees Elu or Ator online please have them get in touch with me by either PM, e-mail or TG.

Also, as an aside, I am expecting to take the Delegacy tonight. Unless I am mistaken, this must be the shortest transition of legal Delegates in TNP history. Last night I sent telegrams to most TNP WA nations, excluding those who have already endorsed me, and I went from 106 to 148 endorsements, about 6 above Flemingovia's endorsement level. In all honesty I was not expecting to be able to take the Delegacy tonight, but I am quite pleased that I will have both forum and game-based legitimacy for my Delegacy shortly.

I am also encouraging all nations to endorse Blackshear41 if they have not done so already. If you (Blackshear) have not done so already, feel free to tg nations and encouraging them to endorse you and join the forums.

I would also like to thank the numerous regions, including but not limited to Equilism, 10000 Islands, The Rejected Realms, The West Pacific, and others for their well wishes. Other Foreign Affairs related news, in addition to other Government and regional news, will be posted in the next media update, provided by the Secretary of Communications.
