I'm taking the liberty of starting a thread for RA members who are willing to volunteer to serve as Election Commissioners for the judicial elections that should have been held during the month of October.
Now that there is a process available in the Election Law to permit the Speaker to make that appointment in the event the Delegate has not done so within 48 hours, there is a means by which this appointment can be made to get the delayed judicial elections under way.
Any RA member who plans to run for Chief Justice, either of the two Associate Justices, or Attorney General is ineligible to serve as Elections Commissioner.
