In accordance with Rule 2 of the Regional Assembly Procedures, the following is a list of Regional Assembly members and their seniority for the purposes of establishing a Speaker Pro Tempore. Please note that any Member serving in any of the offices listed in Section F, Clause 3 of Rule 2 are not eligible for the position of Speaker Pro Tempore. If there are any discrepancies, please alert the Speaker.

Siradetes, Duridia, James2Spooky and New Lumos have been purged from the list due to inactivity.
 
With the results of the Judicial elections in, I have updated the Seniority List to reflect the results. As FALCONKATS is no longer a Justice, and as he has the most seniority out of those who are eligible to be Speaker Pro Tempore, he now replaces Winter Vacationers to be the Designated SPT.
 
Mr.Gaunt, The Palindromic Land, Rey, Enif, Hawkeye Pierce, Romanoffia, and Fedroa have all been removed from the list due to inactivity (defined by not logging into the forum in the last 30 days).

Flemingovia had been removed from the list due to a violation of TNP Law 28 on Regional Assembly Registration and Membership. I would like to thank him for his service to the region during his time as a member of the Regional Assembly.

1. Assembly members whose] nation has CTE'd (Ceased to Exist) or who have moved out of The North Pacific when not on official business shall be removed from membership automatically by the Speaker.

I would also like to thank Westwind for his services as Deputy Speaker.

With the results of the January elections, the Seniority list had been updated.
 
Westwind, Red Back, and Halino have been removed from the list due to inactivity (defined by not logging into the forum in the last 30 days).

Also with the appointments to the State Council of The North Pacific, Vilnoia1, Whamabama, Biyah, and Pasargad are no longer eligible for the position of Speaker Pro Tempore since they are holding an office. The list had been update accordingly.

Also with the resignation of Dalimbar and dissolution of the State Council of The North Pacific, Vilnoia1, Whamabama, Biyah, and Pasargad are now eligible for the position of Speaker Pro Tempore.

I have just sent out a notification to RA members who are considered to be inactive through PM. (defined by not logging into the forum in the last 30 days) Failure to response by these nations within 24 hours or before the election commence will result in termination of RA membership.

If you have not received these PM then you are eligible to participated in the upcoming general election.

OPArsenal had been removed from the list due to the fact that his TNP's nation had ceased to exist.
 
Booie, Nusha, Whamabama, philosopherwarrior, Dyr Nasad, Great Bights Mum, and Oliver Dion-Grey have been removed from the list due to inactivity (defined by not posting the forum in the last 15 days).
 
A message to Grosse is the best way to get that done. Could probably wait until the next purge though (which would now include Eluvater among others).

I went through the RA list at the start of this thread and, based on the information provided there, 7 of the 20 members listed are no longer eligible for the Regional Assembly. We'll need to clean this up before the election cycle starts up next week.
 
IndieGirl, Romanoffia , Maglonian Tribes, Port Wish, and Earl Frey have been removed from the list due to inactivity (defined by not posting on the forum in the last 15 days).
 
Notices had been send out to those that have gone without a post for 15 days or almost 15 days. Final clean-up of RA membership will be done on the evening of the 31st of August.
