Regional Recovery Administration

The North Pacific is a premier region in NationStates. What's made it so? Its influence? Its government? Its military? No, its community. A community is a region's backbone and it is our duty to strengthen it. Therefore I am creating a regional civil service. This civil service will help place nations into jobs that match their interests and qualifications. It will help foster a sense of civic duty. Any nation, regardless of age or experience, will have a chance to prove their ability by working for the greater good of the region. I have appointed Eluvatar as Director of the North Pacific Recovery Administration. who will help place nations into their desired field of interest.


Each nation will assigned to their area of interest within a government department and will be awarded points based upon the quality of their work. The NPRA is a merit based system with three ranks: Clerk, Officer and Agent.

To become a Clerk, one must earn 1 full NPRA point.

To advance to Officer, one must attain 100 NPRA points; to advance to Agent, 1000.
