Only if, and I do mean only if, there are not three candidates for the three court seats when nominations are to close, then my name can be offered and I won't decline. If there are three candidates for the three Court seats, then this offer is null.

I really am going to be busy in RL putting together a new edition of a 2500 page book, starting in November and I expect this to run into next July.
