Embassy Reopening Request

On behalf of Lazarus, I would like to request that our embassy here in the North Pacific be reopened. I have a lovely issue of the Lazarene Gazette to share with you all, and I'd love to do that.

I'd also like to apologize on behalf of Lazarus for allowing our embassy to go inactive in the first place.
