With a trial the verdict is rendered by the presiding judge. The full Court is used for judicial reviews. Since the likelyhood is that one or the other side will contest the decision it will then go to judicial review which means it will be down to you guys. Since seeing evidence now might prejudice your future decision-making, as it may be part of the evidence that is under contention or is used as part of the judicial review, you will have to wait till then.
If its any consolation, personally, I'm regretting stepping up the plate for this. TBH I just want this clusterfuck of a trial to end.
