Some guy called Kandarin is up for commendation. Never heard of him.

I was going to vote for, but then I noticed that he had proposed the motion himself. I have always believed that self praise is no praise at all. What do you think?

I am happy to commend Kandarin. The poor bugger deserves some recognition for being RR delegate since computers were run by steam power.
