Chowda Head, Falconkats,

It is up to me to decide who presides on each case brought before the Court. Though previously Chief Justices have had a list my intention is not to do so and though I will make sure things are spread as evenly as possible, I intend to assign cases based on who is available/active at the time, as that seems more efficient to me.

Hope that is ok with you guys. Truth is we aren't likely to be very busy but you never know...

Though I will preside over the current case, I should let you guys know that I'm currently struggling with some chest infection. Chances are it shouldn't make any difference but if I get any worse (unlikely) then one of you may need to take over if I can't be around much. Not likely, but just a heads up.
