For a time, I wondered if any of us would make it to 2009, such a annibus horribus and a annibus prodigiosus that 2008 was all rolled into one.
I can remember only one other year for the world like it -- 1968 -- but I am ready to move forward into the new year.

Happy New Year to all of you and I hope the part I've missed you for has been productive for you all (apart from poor sick Flem!)
Anyway, I'm back and ready for what this next term will bring. Probably, an ever decreasing level of activity along with a brush with Gatesville, another feeder suffering a crisis, an attempt to get the NPA to actually do something and up to 5 old players returning one day hoping to get active once more but never bothering to post again.
Or something along those lines.
