The current spam reporting thread I feel will get very daunting, very soon. With so many spammers violating the rules, the topic will fill up quickly and it will be hard to go back through and find repeat offenders.
My suggestion is that we create a subforum for reporting spam violations. From there, each region that breaks the spamming rules will get it's own topic. Then we can track each region and it will be much easier to determine if they have violated the rule before.
For example. If Nation A of Region B violated the rule, then we would create a topic called Region B with the description of Nation A. We could then post the offense in that topic. If Region B were ever to break the rule again, we would have the information right there.
