An Independent AG

Art 3.1:
...
9) The position of the Attorney General shall be elected.
10) The AG position shall be filled during the specified election dates.

I understand the arguments against. Namely: the CLO is the Executive watchdog (though they lack discussion into cabinet affairs and lack legal experience,) and any RA member can petition the court for any seen corruption (same response.)

It is as such that I propose an independent, elected Attorney General. Not one handpicked by those they're suppose to police.

Have at it.

I can think of two alternatives right off -- one is to have the AG elected in the RA at the same time as judicial elections; or two, to have the COurt appoint the AG for a six-month term (and there are variations for both.)

I'm open to it but that would make it a non-executive position, thus shutting the AG out of private Cabinet discussion.

Could you perhaps explain the reasoning to these changes?
