Freedom of Speech[Archived]

I have amended to clause to include inciting others to cause harm to persons or property. Thoughts?
 
Some other areas that might be considered

1) Incitement to hatred on grounds of race, sex, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental abilities
2) Commercial confidentiality and patent protection
3) Defamation of character, product or organisation
4) Misleading advertising
5) Perjury

Other areas up for discussion
- Blasphemy
- Profanity
- Treason and Sedition
 
oh - another - breach of confidence.

Hmm - this free speech thing is a bit tricky
