Government Events & News
The appointment of several government leaders is currently underway. The positions of Internal Affairs Advocate and Defense Minister look to be filled soon. Mencer’s WA Advocate position is still vacant, but we hope to fill it.
With Dysian on an extended vacation, Imperial Maliciousness has been given full authority over Mencer. Once Dysian returns, he will be restored to power.
The Mencen Government was happy to open embassies with Scavenger, The Belisarian Empire, The Brotherhood of Blood, and The United Kingdom. We look forward to working with these regions.

The Mencen population has taken a healthy increase over the past month to where it stands today at 149 nations.
We are thrilled at this increase and hope for it to continue.
Forum News
Mencer’s forum continues to function smoothly and has continued to see an increase in activity.
The Mencen Government also authorized the creation of custom ranks for nations on the forum.

4500-5999: Godly Mencerite
6000+: Mencen Orator.
Special Ranks:
Department Leader: Only for cabinet members.
Administrator: Only Mencer the Great has this title.
New Forum Alterations:
-Several new help topics were added to the New Nations Section.
-The Debate Arena was added to the General forum.
-The Mencen Intuitive Subscriber was moved to the home page of the forum. It was given it’s own press section.
-GNN was granted a special forum section in the Media Department so nations could have fast access to GNN news reports.
-The Mencen Cabinet was better organized.
-Ambassadors were given moderator status over their embassies.
-Department leaders were given moderator powers over their departments.
-A Regional Activities section is under construction.
-NS moderator contact information was added to the Mencen Lobby.
-A custom rank-ordering topic was added to the Mencen Lobby as well.
-An Introduction topic for new nations was added to the General Forum.
-A General Forum Information topic for new nations was added.
-A news fader for nations to get updates on what’s happening in Mencer was added.
As you can see, we’ve been pretty busy.
War/Conflict
Mencer was at peace this month, but our army did have some alterations.
The nation Mencen Army HQ was added to serve as a place for nations to join or leave the army. This nation also lists our soldiers in its dossier for quick and easy access during times of war.
