This just in - Gatesville blames GBM for the many rogue delegates.

I'll grant that GBM may well be quite competent - but the frequency of rogue delegacies has increased dramatically over the last year or so. If the fault does not lie with GBM, with whom does it lie? This increase in coups certainly seems to imply that there is some fault.
