I assume the practice of letting the Speaker participate with the Cabinet is continuing, so I'm posting as Speaker.

Yes, the Speaker and CLO members should sign-in.

1. The Council of Lower Officers (CLO) is to be comprised of the Speaker of the Assembly and three specially-elected members of the Assembly.
2. The CLO is to be given access and speaking privileges within the private Cabinet areas but are not allowed to take part in votes of the Cabinet.

Generally, all RA members have access to the Main Cabinet Meeting Room. If you can't see the "Private" Cabinet Meeting Room, then you can assume that you can't read or post there.

That's nothing new, it was like that when the forums moved here. It is possible to use the parent "Cabinet Halls" subforum for general discussions that all RA members can read and post, and limit access to the main Cabinet Room subforum, but that is a decision the new government will have to make.
