Foreign citizen saying hello

Hi, I'm Kostemetsia. I've been around the North Pacific a couple of times, and finally decided to officially stop by and say hello.

I'm trying to float a multi-feeder newspaper project, and I have a question for the TNP government: would the North Pacific like to be featured in such, if it goes ahead?

I guess I'd like to know more about your project. On the surface, I'd say it sounds interesting. And it'd be nice to have some more news outlets again in NS.
