Forum reorganization - Further Status Update

I want to let everyone know that as the government settles on a reorganized strucutre, various subforums will be reorganized. This may involve renaming in some instances, and archiving of whole subforums in others. In some instances, individual threads may be moved. There will also be some reordering of forums.

In the very short term, expect the following:
The Primie Minister's subforum will be closed and archived. The Oath of Office thread will be moved to the Delegate's Office. The Security Council forum will be closed and archived, however, the threads relating to endorsement levels willll also be moved, for now, to the Delegate's office. The Bank subforum will also be archived.

If there is consensus about other subforums, then those will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Already and previously closed subforums will be archived.

Until the title of positions are settled, the user groups will not be adusted. It takes a lot of work to make wholesale changes with those, so those will be addressed once we know what is required. Ministers and deputies will be moved out of those user groups once there is agreement as to when their terms ends and are replaced under the new government structure.

I do need to know, whether we still consider the Diplomatic Corps, the NPA and the NPIA are still in existence.

I have moved all users who held "Ministers" or"Deputy Ministers" out of those user groups into the RA user group, I have also removed all permissions to the Security Council.

Those user accounts that were in the "suspended RA member" user group have been transferred to the forum "member user group."

Joshua has been placed in the new Secretary of State user group with HEM.

I will wait to see what subect areas are place in the Cabinet under the next Delegate before I make changes related to which Cabinet-related user groups as to which forums they have moderation powers.

If there is a problem, please let me know, preferably by PM. If there is a problem, please give me as much information as possible so I can deal with interim access issues.

Lewis and Clark has decided not to keep the Secretary of State's office created by Great Bights Mum, so that subforum will be closed are archived. HEM and Joshua will revert to RA member status.

I've corrected a quirk in the colors for the various user groups. I've bolded the light blue used for the (TNP) Diplomats User Group; all currently used user groups that involve RA members are now bolded (regardless of colot). That will make it easier for everyone to identify all RA members.

I'lll be working on adding/replacing the Cabinet badge and the CLO padge in the few days. There are a couple of things that need to be figured out, and as that is done, the next set of changes will become visible.
