Hey all, I'd like to give our embassies a statement about HC's resignation, and I drafted this one:

It is with much regret that we, the government of the North Pacific, have to inform you that last friday, our (now ex-) Prime Minister Haor Chall decided to resign from his post with immediate effect.
Our cabinet will govern the region collectively until the establishment of a new constitution and the election of a new PM.
We wish Haor Chall all the best for his new challenges.
